Portages: 14 portages around locks without dams, including around the Aitken Diversion Channel Dam, with the final being the Coon Rapids Dam, and 2 portages round locks that were closed: A single portage that includes Upper & Lower St. Anthony Lock & Dam and Lock & Dam #1

Locked through locks: 2-26 (note there is a lock 5 and 5A and there is no lock 23)

Took alternate channel around locks: 17 & 18 & 27
